Job summary

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a Junior IT Coach to guide IT, Tech and Digital apprentices through their programmes. You will mentor a caseload, deliver workshops and reviews, and ensure timely progression while upholding quality standards.

Hybrid role with Head Office in Darlington after probation. DBS checked and salary £28,500–£35,000 with cohort success and progression bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Level 3 and Level 4 learners to build their portfolio of evidence for end point assessment.
• Manage a caseload of up to 36 learners through their apprenticeship with training days and reviews.
• Facilitate delivery of technical workshops and personal development microteaches.
• Assess apprenticeship programmes and maintain high quality standards per QA procedures.
• Work with IQA to maintain high first-time pass rates and low rework.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor learner progress through 121 and group sessions via SMART online classroom.
• Ensure regular learner contact to progress toward milestones.
• Manage off-the-job hours to meet apprenticeship standards.
• Develop personal training plans to aid timely achievement.
• Attend standardisation meetings and share learner progress.
• Maintain data records and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with qualifications from awarding body.
• Support growth of our apprenticeship provision.
