Expert Module: AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals – Suited to technology professionals who are looking to demonstrate foundational knowledge of cloud concepts in general and Microsoft Azure in particular.
Bespoke Modules: Confident Communication – Enhance communication through self-awareness, body language, voice control, and digital skills, Customer Service Fundamentals – This course covers customer service essentials: understanding customers, product knowledge, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and self-improvement.
