As an IT Apprentice, you will be a crucial part of the ICT Support team, serving as the first point of contact for technical support within our academies. You will provide helpdesk support, onsite and remote assistance across hub academies, and technical support for Music and Drama departments, as well as whole school and external events. This role involves working with various stakeholders, including the Trust IT Team, Academy Senior Leadership, staff, governors, and pupils.
In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
