The role:

What you will do in your working day:

As an IT Apprentice, your main/immediate responsibility will include:

• Providing 1st line technical support for telephone and email requests from users
• Offering application support to ensure users are leveraging cloud systems to their fullest potential
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating or resolving them as required
• Maintaining and documenting the registration system
• Managing user requests for software downloads or installations
• Maintaining existing systems and troubleshooting performance issues

The training you will receive:

• All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
• Functional skills in English & maths if required
