You will support colleagues with hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printing and general IT queries, while helping to log and update support tickets accurately.

You will gain experience in 1st and 2nd line support, Microsoft 365 administration, software systems, onsite infrastructure, networking, cyber security controls and supplier-supported services.

The role will also involve setting up, configuring and supporting laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers and other IT equipment, as well as supporting new starter, mover and leaver processes, maintaining IT asset records and helping manage user access.

You will understand the importance of confidentiality, data protection and handling information appropriately, and be willing to work as part of a team while developing your skills through practical experience.

Previous experience in customer service, technical support or an IT-related environment would be helpful, along with basic troubleshooting skills and experience using Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and OneDrive.
