About the role
The IS Analyst for Retail within the IS team at Booker is responsible for delivering secure, effective systems to enhance customer satisfaction and cash profit, supporting Booker’s service to customers, communities, and the environment.
This role involves:
- Providing support for EPOS systems and their interaction with the Booker Retail Gateway.
- Supporting the Scoot rapid delivery platform.
- Delivering projects aligned with the IS Retail Strategy.
- Ensuring the security of the Retail Gateway and Scoot platform.
- Providing out-of-hours support for incidents and planned IT works.
You will be responsible for
- Managing Scoot system administration.
- Managing Retail Gateway system administration.
- Monitoring system KPIs.
- Supporting the retail systems roadmap delivery.
- Testing Gateway processes and EPOS integrations.
- Testing the Scoot Platform and integrations.
You will need
- Technical project management skills.
- IT Service desk experience.
- Consistent results delivery.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of EPOS beneficial.
- Knowledge of wholesale and convenience retail business processes beneficial.
- Training can be provided to suitable candidates.
