Job summary

MCS Group is seeking an IT Analyst in Belfast for a hybrid role, offering hands-on exposure across IT support, identity and access management, and equipment lifecycle management in a cloud-first environment.

You will work closely with a Security Analyst to ensure proper access and device compliance, gain experience in security operations and risk assessments, and develop a broader skillset in IT and cybersecurity within a growing international technology business.

Qualifications

• Pro-actively support Windows, macOS or cloud-first environments.
• Experience with identity & access management concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection and MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve internal IT support tickets.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle for equipment.
• Support security operations and vulnerability remediation.
• Document IT processes and provide user guidance.
