Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage issues with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective remediation.
2. Support issue quality reviews to ensure adherence to Issue Management Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
3. Facilitate Business / Function Quality Control throughout high-impact issue remediations and key programs.
4. Maintain a comprehensive issue tracking system with quality metrics, providing visibility and escalating risks as needed.
5. Challenge stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions addressing root causes.
6. Use analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
7. Assist in identifying control gaps and operational risks through data analysis.
8. Support stakeholders in developing and implementing corrective action plans.
9. Incorporate lessons learned to promote continuous improvement and timely issue closure.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
11. Collaborate with internal audit, business units, and management to drive issue resolution and foster a risk-aware culture.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operational risk, compliance, audit, or control functions within financial services.
• Ability to identify and manage risks and controls effectively.
• Strong knowledge of control development and execution.
• Proven experience in control-related roles in finance.
• Experience in implementing sustainable solutions and process improvements.
• Understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
