Serco in the United Kingdom is seeking an IMOS Logistics Supervisor to lead tool control services in support of aircraft maintenance at RNAS Culdrose. As an IMOS Logistics Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of tool control services in support of aircraft maintenance operations at RNAS Culdrose. You will be responsible for supervising personnel and ensuring the effective management, accountability, serviceability, and availability of tools and equipment required to support aircraft servicing, maintenance, modifications, and defect rectification activities.
Working closely with engineering supervisors, maintenance personnel, logistics teams, and customers, you will coordinate daily tool control operations, manage tool inventories, oversee audits and inspections, and ensure calibrated equipment remains available and fit for purpose.

By leading a high-performing tool control team and ensuring the highest standards of accountability, compliance, and customer service, you will directly contribute to safe and effective aircraft maintenance operations while supporting operational excellence and future growth.
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
