Serco is seeking a Logistics & Technical Support professional at RNAS Culdrose, Helston, to manage deployable spares, uninstalled aviation assets and engineering data in a regulated aviation environment, supporting readiness and safety.

Experience in aviation/engineering, strong safety knowledge, and familiarity with asset management systems are essential. The role offers exposure to diverse military settings with strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking and resolving high value or missing assets within engineering stores.
• Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory and safety standards at all times.
• Report quality issues and support continuous improvement and assurance activities.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and stakeholders to support operational delivery.

As a Technical & Logistics Support in our Aircraft Engineering Support and Airfield Services team, you'll provide vital technical support for the management of deployable spares, uninstalled aviation assets and engineering data in a highly regulated aviation environment.

Your work will help ensure that critical aircraft components are maintained, stored and managed to the highest standards, supporting operational readiness and safety. Every task you complete contributes to keeping essential aviation services running and making a positive impact on the people and communities that rely on them.

What you'll do as Logistics and Technical Support:
