Amazon’s Worldwide Sustainability Regulatory Reporting team seeks a detail-focused professional to lead ISSB-aligned disclosures across global entities, ensuring IFRS S1/S2 alignment and governance. The role oversees data collection, drafting, review, and external assurance, strengthening reporting controls and audit readiness.

You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Sustainability teams to deliver credible, regulator-ready disclosures while driving automation in reporting processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with regulatory filings and reports.
• Extensive experience delivering regulatory sustainability reports or external financial statements.
• Experience with independent third-party assurance or managing external audit firms.
• Knowledge of IFRS S1/S2 and connectivity with general‑purpose financial reports.

• Draft ISSB-aligned disclosures across jurisdictions per IFRS S1/S2 requirements.
• Direct data collection and develop both narrative and quantitative sustainability disclosures.
• Coordinate with external assurance providers for readiness.
• Analyze sustainability performance and develop performance narratives with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation for sustainability reporting.
