Job summary

Butler Rose is exclusively supporting an internationally respected organisation with a broad global footprint. This high-profile role sits at the centre of finance, leading group reporting across a multi-entity environment while shaping the development of sustainability and ESG disclosures.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will own IFRS reporting, oversee audit delivery, and drive improvements across systems, controls and processes.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent with strong IFRS reporting experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Technically strong with high attention to detail in a multi-entity environment.
• Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of group and subsidiary financial statements to audit deadlines.
• Manage external audit relationships and reporting timetables.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations and fixed asset controls.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting support.
• Drive process improvements and system optimisation.
• Support the development of sustainability and climate reporting.
