Veolia UK is seeking a regional leader to build strategic customer partnerships, lead compliant bids, and manage key client relationships across Stewartby, Southampton and Cardiff.
You will set the regional strategy, drive performance, develop talent, and champion safety, wellbeing and innovation while expanding Net Zero offerings and delivering carbon reduction targets. This role also involves budgeting, P&L oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safe systems of work, managing stakeholder relationships, innovating safer and more efficient working methods, and overseeing all financial elements including monthly account reviews, annual budgets, and regional P&L management.
