Job summary

Credera in the United Kingdom is seeking a Compliance Lead to manage ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 20000) and Health & Safety. This hands‑on, coordinating role requires organisation, curiosity and the ability to keep policies, records and audits on track while collaborating with system owners and senior colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 20000) in compliance, quality, operations or admin roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and document trails.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all levels of the business.
• Exposure to internal auditing or willingness to complete auditor training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies, procedures, registers and records across Quality, Environmental, Achillies and Service are current and audit-ready.
• Monitor non-conformities and corrective actions; keep logs accurate and up to date.
• Maintain the yearly audit calendar and prepare teams for audits; manage audit partner relationships.
• Prepare reporting packs for management reviews and capture action follow-ups.
• Stay updated on standard changes and implement best practices across management systems.
• Establish governance for new certifications in response to business needs and Omnicom capabilities.
• Coordinate H&S compliance activities, including risk assessments and incident reporting under guidance of a competent person.
• Support embedding a culture of quality, environment and safety through training and awareness.
