Job summary

Crisp Recruitment Ltd is working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced ISO professional for a hands-on auditing role in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The role involves internal ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits with 2–3 days focused on audit activity across departments, and 1 day WFH as part of a hybrid pattern.

You will review processes, produce audit reports and drive corrective actions through to completion, while supporting external ISO audits and broader quality and environmental

Qualifications

• Strong practical ISO 9001 knowledge and hands-on internal auditing experience.
• ISO 14001 exposure/experience is required.
• Organised, proactive and able to take ownership and ensure actions are followed through.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and document internal ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits across departments.
• Support wider compliance activity, including maintaining policies and procedures, risk management, GDPR and ensuring ongoing adherence to regulatory and ISO requirements.
• Review processes, procedures and documentation, identifying non-conformances and areas for improvement.
• Produce clear audit reports and manage corrective actions through to completion, following up with departments and maintaining the audit tracker.
• Support external ISO audits, management reviews and wider Quality & Environmental Management System activities.

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire – 4 days office-based, 1 day WFH

Purpose of the role

This is a hands-on ISO auditing role, with approximately 2–3 days per week focused on audit activity across the business.
