Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading business in Leeds to recruit an experienced Quality Compliance Manager. You’ll own audits, compliance and management systems across the organisation, driving continual improvement throughout the business.

You’ll maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation, ensuring compliance requirements are understood, embedded and continually improved, while collaborating with managers, auditors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing quality and compliance.
• Practical experience conducting internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
• Experience implementing improvements following audit findings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and carrying out ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits
• Managing quality compliance activities across the organisation
• Leading risk assessments, audit reviews and compliance monitoring
• Maintaining the accuracy of the quality management system
• Chairing quarterly quality meetings
• Managing audit actions and non-conformances
• Developing internal controls, policies and procedures
• Liaising with department managers, external auditors, customers and suppliers
• Driving continual improvement across quality and compliance

This is a great opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys taking ownership of audit, compliance and management systems, working closely with teams across the business to drive continual improvement.

Youll be responsible for maintaining and developing the company's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, ensuring compliance requirements are understood, embedded and continually improved.
