Job summary

BTG Eddisons on the Isle of Wight is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join our growing team. The role focuses on varied valuation work, primarily for loan security, across commercial and residential property sectors.

You will manage instructions from enquiry to completion, deliver high-quality reports, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with the BTG Eddisons network.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer status is required.
• Minimum of three years post-qualification experience.
• Proven commercial and/or residential valuation experience.
• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Competent in Excel and Word; ARGUS/KEL Sigma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Undertake varied valuation instructions, primarily for loan security.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and strategic property advice.
• Manage instructions from enquiry through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Develop client relationships and provide high-quality professional advice.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the BTG Eddisons network.
