Job summary

BTG Eddisons, a long-established real estate advisory firm, is seeking a MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor to join its UK team in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on loan security valuations across commercial and residential sectors.

You will prepare valuations and strategic advice for a diverse client base, contribute to junior staff development, and handle instructions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required.
• Registered Valuer status preferred.
• Minimum of two years post-qualified experience.
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Competent in Excel and Word.
• Ideally proficient in Argus and Kel, training available.

Responsibilities

• Work on a mix of valuations primarily for loan security across a broad range of commercial and residential sectors.
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.
• Play an active role in the development of more junior team members.
• Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.
