Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Black Card desirable.
• Ability to influence health and safety culture on site.
• Experience dealing with mechanical sub-contractors.
• Proficient IT skills: MS Office, Excel, Word.

Responsabilités

• Review installation plans and specifications to ensure they meet client needs.
• Advise the design team on co-ordination of services within the building design.
• Review prices for services work.
• Test and check installations.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Attend meetings and report progress to managers and clients.
• Advise on post-construction operation of building services.
