Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager / M&E Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of major M&E projects on the Isle of Wight. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships and drive delivery from pre-construction through handover.

Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical and electrical packages, coordinating design information, and ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery with high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering building services projects
• Proven ability to lead M&E project teams
• Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical services

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for operational, technical and commercial performance of multiple M&E projects
• Lead M&E project teams and manage client relationships
• Coordinate design and technical information; ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery
• Review packages, drawings and contract documents
• Manage external designers and consultants; handle RFIs and submittals
