Argyll Community Housing Association is advertising a permanent Property Services Officer role based on the Isle of Islay. The post is 35 hours per week with a salary of £35,899–£41,942, and requires a minimum of three higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification, plus at least 5 years’ experience in construction or social housing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three higher grades or a recognised construction trade qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or social housing.
• Membership of a professional or recognised trade body would be an advantage.
• Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs and maintenance service to properties and assets owned or managed by the Association.
• Travel between locations on the island as required.
• Adhere to organisational policies and procedures while delivering services.
