Job summary

Safran Actuation Systems UK, based in Wolverhampton, seeks an IPT Lead to manage and deliver engineering and in-service programs within Global Defence Systems. You will serve as the single point of contact coordinating with Functional Engineering, Project Teams, Supply Chain, Quality, Programme Managers, Operations and the Engineering Manager to ensure compliant, on-time delivery and target costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Broad technical capability to interface with external/internal disciplines.
• Strong leadership and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver NPI programs across engineering and in-service work.
• Coordinate with project teams, functional engineering, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, costs and technical risks with mitigation plans.
• Provide regular status reporting to management.
• Mentor engineers and technicians to maximise performance.
