Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Team Leader to guide a high-performing team of Employment Specialists. You will coach, mentor and supervise staff to deliver meaningful employment outcomes for participants with mental health support needs, while maintaining fidelity to the IPS model.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, Jobcentre Plus and local authorities, ensuring services are embedded in local communities and achieve contractual targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Employment Specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes for people with mental health support needs seeking sustainable employment.
• Provide training, mentoring, supervision and performance management to maintain IPS fidelity and quality.
• Drive referrals, engagement, job outcomes and fidelity targets in line with contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities and community organisations.
• Use data and insight to identify improvements, address underperformance and share best practices across Shaw Trust’s IPS network.
