Shaw Trust seeks an Employment Specialist to support clients with mental health needs on their journey into sustainable paid work, applying IPS or Supported Employment methods with person-centered guidance.

You will work to meet contractual targets, managing outreach, profiling, job search, placement and ongoing support, while collaborating with local employers to secure opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs to secure sustainable paid employment.
• Build positive relationships with local employers to enable suitable job matches.
• Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) or Supported Employment approach, with training provided, in a person-centred way.
• Work with clients to achieve contract-aligned targets: enrolment, entry into employment and sustained employment.
