Job summary

The Forward Trust seeks an Employment Specialist to support people with mental or physical health conditions and disabilities into work in Medway and surrounding areas. You will deliver the IPS model, provide individual and group coaching, and work with local employers to identify opportunities.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; comprehensive IPS training is provided. You will manage a caseload, develop tailored plans, and assist with CVs, job applications and

• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Experience or interest in employment support or wellbeing services is desirable.
• Full IPS training will be provided on joining the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 25 participants, guiding them from initial contact to sustained employment.
• Identify skills, strengths and career goals; create Vocational Profiles and Action Plans.
• Assist with CV writing, applications and interview preparation; provide coaching.
