Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support clients with mental health needs into sustainable paid employment. You will manage a caseload, provide person-centred guidance and build strong relationships with local employers to secure job opportunities.

This is a community-based role with targets tied to contract obligations and the Fidelity delivery model. Vacancies exist across Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hillingdon.

Qualifications

• This is a target driven role with contract obligations (Starts On Programme, Job Entries, Job Retention)
• IPS delivery model underpinned by 8 key principles and 25 items on Fidelity Scale
• Location options in Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hillingdon

• Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach to help clients into sustainable paid employment
• Manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs
• Build positive relationships with local employers to create job opportunities
• Provide person-centred guidance and advice to clients throughout their journey
