Job Description: IPS Employment Specialist (Bristol), Bristol

Salary: £27,782.00 per annum with progression to £29,147.00 per annum (inclusive of location and hot spot supplement) + excellent benefits in Bristol Substance Use service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with substance use support needs to find and maintain paid employment
  • Engage with employers and build relationships with treatment teams
  • Provide support, advice, and guidance on recovery and employment goals
  • Offer training in CV writing, interview techniques, etc.
  • Maintain efficient admin systems for referrals, assessments, and reviews

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., Customer Service, Social Care, Hospitality, Sales)
  • Experience working in a performance target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally and work in the community

This is a permanent full-time position at 37.5 hours per week.
