We are recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve their goals. You will manage a caseload, act as a coach and mentor, and build strong relationships to guide and motivate customers towards sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative, be able to work under pressure, and seek solutions independently. We value those who can provide first-class customer service and are committed to empowering lives and improving communities.

Salary and Benefits

• £26,500 to £29,545 per annum in Bristol (+5% geographical allowance), £33,000 in London

Location and Hours

Office-based role in xxxxx, 37 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Closing date: 2023.
