Job summary

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd is seeking an IP Sales & Stock Analyst to produce accurate sales reports and manage the schedule of incoming IP products across Bandai Namco Amusement Europe locations. The role supports decision-making and optimises stock levels through close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

The role includes daily to monthly reporting, stock planning, and providing data for invoicing while ensuring information is current in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate stock and inbound product scheduling.
• Strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Attention to accuracy and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the department.
• Manage schedule of incoming stock and product deliveries; liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor payments and assist invoicing with Accounts; ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Support general stock-related tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
