Job summary

Insight Select seeks an Intellectual Property Counsel to support investigations, enforcement and litigation across multiple jurisdictions. The role is remote within the UK and offers exposure to global IP matters and collaboration with senior leadership.

A strong background in IP enforcement and litigation is essential. The candidate will advise on evidence gathering, liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies, and contribute to playbooks and templates while developing the IP legal

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the UK, an EU member state or a US jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years PQE with IP litigation and enforcement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to translate complex issues into practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to investigations and enforcement teams across IP matters.
• Advise on escalation to civil litigation, criminal referral, or administrative action.
• Support IP litigation with external and local counsel, including pleadings and evidence handling.
• Prepare and support criminal referral packages for authorities.
• Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, platforms, and external advisers.
