Job summary

Hikvision UK Limited Hotline Technical Support Engineers support distributors, integrators and installers across the UK & Ireland to resolve issues with Hikvision products. You will provide phone and email assistance, investigate solutions, and document CRM tickets for timely responses.

Role requires IT network and CCTV design/troubleshooting skills; training will be provided, and you will work toward team targets while delivering consistent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT network design and troubleshooting.
• IP CCTV design and troubleshooting knowledge (desirable).
• Analogue CCTV design and troubleshooting knowledge (desirable).
• Door Entry System design and troubleshooting experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone and e-mail to distributors and installers in UK & Ireland on Hikvision products.
• Research and explain possible solutions and/or alternatives to customers.
• Assist with testing products and report results to line manager.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer and ticket data.
• Attend regular training and meetings to expand knowledge.
• Strive to meet or exceed Hotline Team targets while delivering excellent service.
