Job summary

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Software Engineer II with iOS experience to join our Viator team. This role is remote-first with periodic in-person gatherings at our Oxford or London offices, and candidates can be within a commutable distance.

You will design, code, test, and deploy features for our iOS app, collaborate with product and design to specify requirements, and own components from design through QA and maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial software development with a mobile UI focus.
• Experience developing an iOS app and familiarity with mobile web/backend tech is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write code for the iOS app and contribute to feature implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and design to specify features and deliver high-quality work.
• Own end-to-end software engineering tasks from design to QA and maintenance.
• Leverage reactive programming in native mobile platforms.
• Maintain clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
