Job summary

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Software Engineer II with iOS development experience to join our team. This role is remote-first with periodic in-person gatherings at Oxford or London, within a 2-3 hour commute from hubs.

You will collaborate with Product and design to define feature specifications, develop high-quality deliverables, and own the process from design to deployment. 3+ years of commercial software development and reactive programming experience on native mobile

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience developing an iOS app and familiarity with mobile web and back-end tech is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and design teams to define feature specifications and deliverables.
• Take responsibility for all aspects of software engineering from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure high quality code and testing across the stack.
• Work on iOS app development with native mobile platforms and reactive programming.
• Contribute to code reviews and QA processes.
• Participate in planning and ongoing product iterations.
