Job summary

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, seeks a Software Engineer II with iOS development experience to join our Viator team. This role is open to candidates within a commutable distance of Oxford or London, with a remote-first approach and periodic in-person gatherings at the nearest office for team connection and planning.

Our engineers participate in the full process from design to deployment and iterates based on feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience of commercial software development, ideally with a rich user interface.
• Experience developing an iOS app and familiarity with mobile web and back-end technologies would be beneficial.
• Experience with reactive programming in native mobile platforms.
• High quality verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code for iOS applications.
• Collaborate with Product and design teams to define feature specifications and deliver high quality results for customers.
• Take ownership of software engineering from design to implementation, QA and maintenance.
