Job summary

Wakefield Council is seeking an Inward Investment Manager to drive inward investment, manage key accounts and collaborate across public and private sectors to deliver sustainable economic growth within Wakefield district.

You will work on a portfolio of high-impact projects, develop partnerships, and support funding bids to unlock investment and job creation in the local economy. Hybrid working is available for suitable roles.

Wakefield Council is seeking a motivated and dynamic Inward Investment Manager to play a key role in the delivery of inward investment and key account management. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the bridge between the public and private sector and drive sustainable economic growth across the district. What you'll be doing

  • Play a key role in the delivery of inward investment aligned to the Wakefield Economic Growth Plan.

Probation In accordance with the Council Probation Procedure, this post is subject to a 6-month Probationary Period.
