Job summary

Vestas in Warrington, UK, seeks a financial coordinator to support the CSM Operations team with financial approval of service orders, invoicing oversight, and credit control across Nordic, UK/IR, and other regions.

You will analyze contract costs, support the Customer Service Management team, and serve as a primary finance contact for customers, driving improvements and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience from accounting and/or controlling tasks.
• High financial understanding.
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP.
• High-level skills in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, good understanding of one of regional languages is a plus (Nordics, Polish, Dutch, Baltics).

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial approval of service orders and ensure all costs are allocated accurately.
• Monitor invoicing activities and proactively follow up on outstanding, overdue, or unsent invoices.
• Perform credit control activities and manage open receivables across assigned customer accounts.
• Analyze contract costs and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improved financial performance.
• Provide financial expertise, calculations, and controlling support to the Customer Service Management team.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding financial and invoicing-related matters.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow sustainability.
