Responsibilities

• Maintain and update invoice query records and correspondence within service levels.
• Review, investigate, and resolve invoice disputes and queries in a timely manner.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to customers and outline required actions.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for prompt dispute resolution.
• Act as a point of contact for invoice-related queries and escalations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
