Job summary

Leigh Academy Tonbridge is seeking motivated invigilators to support examination periods. This role offers part-time hours with training and opportunities to contribute to student success in a key assessment environment.

We value calm, organised individuals with strong attention to detail and good communication skills who can work during busy exam periods and uphold exam integrity.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising exams is preferred.
  • Good understanding of exam regulations and procedures.
  • Able to stay calm and organised in busy environments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise examination sessions to ensure a calm, orderly environment.
  • Set up exam rooms and seating to maintain exam security and integrity.
  • Monitor candidates for irregularities and provide assistance as needed.
  • Respect confidentiality and follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.

As an Invigilator, you'll play a vital part in creating a calm, supportive environment where students can perform to the best of their abilities during exams. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards will help ensure smooth, fair, and secure exam sessions.
