Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking staff to support the secure delivery of examinations across multiple campuses. You will prepare exam venues, supervise candidates, and ensure strict exam conditions while handling attendance, queries and incidents with confidentiality.

• Prepare exam venues and materials in line with examination regulations to support secure delivery of examinations.
• Supervise candidates before, during, and after examinations, ensuring exam conditions are maintained.
• Monitor attendance, manage candidate queries, and record incidents, late arrivals, or early departures per procedures.
• Collect and process examination scripts and materials accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with exam requirements.
• Facilitate access arrangements and provide support so all candidates can participate fairly.

You will support in many aspects, to name a few:

• Support secure delivery of examinations by preparing exam venues and materials in line with examination regulations.
• Supervise candidates before, during, and after examinations, ensuring exam conditions are always maintained.
• Monitor attendance, manage candidate queries, and record any incidents, late arrivals, or early departures in accordance with procedures.
• Collect and process examination scripts and materials accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with exam requirements.
• Facilitate access arrangements and provide appropriate support to ensure all candidates can participate fairly in examinations.
