Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking an ambitious Invigilator to support the secure delivery of examinations across Bromsgrove, Redditch and Worcester campuses. You will prepare venues, supervise candidates, and ensure exam conditions are maintained across sessions.

The role requires flexibility to travel between sites, completion of a DBS check, and commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support secure delivery of examinations by preparing exam venues and materials in line with examination regulations.
• Supervise candidates before, during, and after examinations, ensuring exam conditions are always maintained.
• Monitor attendance, manage candidate queries, and record any incidents, late arrivals, or early departures in accordance with procedures.
• Collect and process examination scripts and materials accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with exam requirements.
• Facilitate access arrangements and provide appropriate support to ensure all candidates can participate fairly in examinations.
