Location: London

Salary: GBP 70,000 per annum + commission

Experience in Private Wealth Management or Family Office is required.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investor Relations Manager to play a key role in attracting and retaining high-value investors. Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations, you will oversee investor engagement, ensuring strong relationships through effective communication and strategic marketing. This role requires exceptional sales, multitasking abilities, and outstanding communication skills to align investor relations with the company's long-term growth objectives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience in a similar role. You should have a sales-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. This is an autonomous role requiring you to manage your own diary and workload with support from a global team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enhance shareholder value by effectively presenting the company's business strategy, growth objectives, and financial products to potential investors.
  2. Identify and engage with prospective investors to drive future investment opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors by understanding their needs, providing timely responses, and delivering exceptional service.
  4. Collaborate with the Head of Investor Relations and internal teams to align efforts with fundraising goals and overall business strategies.
  5. Manage all aspects of investor engagement, from due diligence to deal closure.
  6. Prepare and distribute updates on investment programs and fundraising initiatives.
  7. Organize and facilitate meetings with prospective and existing shareholders as needed.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Investor Relations to support company objectives.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in private wealth management or Family Offices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in fundraising, investment banking, private banking, private equity, or venture capital is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural setting.
  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible hours and occasional travel required.
