Holland & Barrett is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to be based in Nuneaton or London with hybrid working and occasional travel. You will help shape the external investor narrative and work closely with FP&A, the CFO and leadership to translate data and strategy into compelling external messaging.

You'll prepare presentations and briefing materials for shareholders and lenders, analyse market trends and support Board reporting.

Formación

• 18 months+ Investor Relations experience in a large, complex corporate organisation.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding including financial statements and cash flow.
• Ability to extract the key messages from numbers and translate them for senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing investor presentations and briefing materials for sophisticated financial audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, turning complex data into clear insights.
• Experience of peer, competitor or market analysis to inform management decisions.
• High standards of accuracy, discretion and judgement with confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and communicate Holland & Barrett's investor narrative, linking performance, strategy and value creation.
• Collaborate with FP&A to reflect performance outlook, risks and opportunities in external communications.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and updates for shareholders, banks and lenders and tailor to the audience.
• Brief senior leaders for external meetings with briefing materials and key messages.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications on financial content for media inquiries.
• Translate developments in the 2030 Plan into external messaging.
• Monitor market themes and provide outside-in insights for the investor proposition.
