Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to shape how the company’s performance and strategy are communicated to shareholders and lenders. You’ll work with FP&A, the CFO and Finance teams to craft a credible external story.

You’ll prepare senior leaders for meetings, analyse market trends, and translate the 2030 Plan into external messaging. This role requires numbers‑driven insight and clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in Investor Relations within a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow and value drivers.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear external messaging.

Responsibilities

• Shape investor narrative linking financial performance, strategy and long‑term value creation.
• Collaborate with FP&A to align external communications with the Group view.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for shareholders, banks and lenders.
• Brief senior leaders for external meetings and anticipate questions and issues.
• Work with Corporate Communications on financial content for media enquiries.
• Translate developments in the 2030 Plan into external messaging.
• Analyze peers and market trends to inform investor conversations.
• Support Board reporting, investor engagement and governance of external communications.
