Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Finance Analyst in Nuneaton to join our Analyst team. You'll work with Finance Partners and commercial teams to understand what drives performance, not just report it. Initial focus includes Supplier Funding, Supplier P&L and Range Reviews.

Bring experience in finance analysis, month-end, and Excel. Power BI and SQL experience are advantageous. This hybrid role offers development opportunities with co-workers in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or similar role.
Grounding in accounting and month-end processes.
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and lookups.

Responsibilities

Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year and explain drivers.
Turn financial and trading data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Support weekly and monthly reporting and the month-end close.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
Provide analysis for commercial decisions, investment cases and wider business activity.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and non-Finance teams to inform actions.
Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and processes.
