We’re looking for an Investments Change Manager to join our forward-thinking Aviva IWR (Insurance, Wealth and Retirements) Investments team. Whether you’re already in change management focused Investments role, or looking to step into it, this is a great opportunity to grow your career while helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers and shareholders!

A bit about the job:

You’ll be part of our Governance and Change team, managing investment-related change projects from start to finish. Your work will help us deliver improvements that protect and grow customer assets. You’ll gather requirements, assess impacts, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference to how we operate!

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience managing projects or change initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A background in investment operations or reporting is a plus
• Comfortable working with risk and governance frameworks
• Able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines

• Annual salary of £45,000 to £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity of 10% (Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.)
