Job summary

Alpha FMC is seeking a Solution Architect to join our expanding Investment Technology practice in North America. You will lead front-office technology delivery, shape architectural decisions, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve complex change programs on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in front-office implementations, strong SQL and cloud data platform experience, and a proven ability to lead small to medium teams while engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with front office technology implementations or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure).
• Experience leading teams and engaging with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead front-office implementation deliverables from analysis to training.
• Plan projects with detailed SOWs and budgets.
• Governance and progress reporting to Clients and Alpha project team.
• Manage a team of developers and consultants.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC, migration strategy, and QA standards.
• Contribute to internal accelerators and OMS/front-office framework.
