Job summary

Alpha FMC's Alpha Technology Consulting unit seeks a Sigma Business Intelligence Architect to design and deliver scalable data and client reporting platforms for asset and wealth management clients. You will lead end-to-end Sigma analytics implementations, create semantic data models, dashboards, and governance, and mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers, analysts, and specialists.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing full implementation lifecycle of client reporting or data transformation projects.
• Experience with relational data platforms and data modelling (Snowflake, Data Bricks, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data integration tools; data architecture knowledge.
• Programming: SQL, XML, C#, .NET, Assembly.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Preferred: 3+ years with Sigma platform including data model development and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sigma analytics implementation projects.
• Create semantic data models within Sigma enabling self-service analytics.
• Define project scopes and statements of work for successful implementations.
• Design intuitive dashboards and reports translating complex requirements.
• Governance and stakeholder communication during project execution.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and specialists.
• Ensure documentation aligns with specifications and cloud standards.
• Promote best practices in SDLC, data migration, and integration.
• Contribute to internal accelerators and BI-focused propositions.
• Willingness to travel when required.
