Job summary

Trent & Dove Housing is recruiting a Coordinator to support the Investment Team with data for programme planning, delivery, and project administration. You will communicate with residents and Contractors and help ensure policies are followed while keeping data accurate and timely across our systems.

The role supports the Investment Team on a temporary basis (up to 12 months) with a 37-hour week and benefits including a company pension scheme and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse and interpret management information to improve service delivery.
• Strong IT, performance monitoring and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide data to assist with programme planning, delivery and administration.
• Manage communication with residents and Contractors on ongoing projects.
• Ensure policies/procedures are followed and data is accurately maintained.
