Two Rivers Housing is seeking an Asset Investment Manager to lead the stock condition programme and drive improvements across our homes. You’ll work with the Head of Assets to translate data into investment priorities, forecasts and clear reports that support budget planning.

You’ll manage data collection and reporting, build dashboards in Power BI, and ensure inspections and adaptation works are completed on time.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience in asset management, repairs, maintenance planning.
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
