Qualificações

• Experience in sales or client service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong MS Office and professional written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Field Business Development Manager to support regional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisers.
• Arrange and coordinate client meetings for the field sales team.
• Act as a point of contact for adviser enquiries.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Support adviser events, conferences and industry functions.
• Maintain CRM records and help convert opportunities into pipeline revenue.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
